The LNA series are distributed front-end of receiver that operate from 34GHz to 35GHz. The

LNA series integrate limiter, amplifier that provide 21dB of gain associated to 4.5dB noise

figure, 10W peak power handling. Their input port has a 50Ω characteristic impedance as a

straight or right angle WR-28 waveguide. Output port is internally matched to 50Ω with SMP

coaxial connector facilitating integration into multichip modules (MCMs).

Target applications for the LNA series are microwave radios and VSATs, communication,

pointing and tracking systems, military and space applications.
